Nürosorb® sensitive border

NÜROSORB sensitive border® is a sterile, self-adhesive, absorbent dressing with a silicone contact layer and border. It consists of an adhesive protective layer, an absorbent core which absorbs and retains exudate from the wound, and the absorbent core is enclosed in a closed layer and a breathable layer, and the side that comes into contact with the wound is covered with a silicone contact layer . The super absorbent dressing absorbs and retains exudates and MMPs (matrix metalloproteinases) in the absorbent core to reduce the risk of maceration and promote wound healing. The soft silicone allows for easy application, removal and reapplication to the same area, and also minimizes pain for the patient when removing the dressing from the wound and surrounding skin. The breathable and waterproof protective layer provides a barrier against external contamination.
