Nürofoam sensitive contact layer

Nürofoam Sensitive Contact Layer:

A soft wound contact layer with silicone coated on both sides that allows exudate to pass into the secondary dressing. The SWCL protects the delicate granulation tissue of the wound and provides a moist wound environment. It can remain in place for up to 14 days during which time the secondary outer absorbent pad can be changed without damaging the delicate wound tissue. It can be used in conjunction with negative pressure wound therapy (NPWT).

INDICATIONS:

• Chronic and acute wounds with low and high secretions
• Skin cracking
• Surgical incisions
• 2nd degree burns
• Pressure ulcers
• Partial skin grafting
• Venous and arterial ulcers
