Nürofoam non-adhesive is a three-layer, sterile, non-adhesive wound dressing made of highly absorbent hydrophilic polyurethane foam. The outer waterproof semi-permeable film protects the wound from bacterial penetration, ensuring moist wound healing. The third layer is a transparent perforated layer that protects the wound bed from sticking to the dressing and prevents granulation tissue from penetrating the pores of the foam, thus ensuring painless removal of the dressing.
