Nürofoam adhesive is a two-layer, sterile wound dressing made of polyurethane foam. The outer layer of the dressing is a waterproof membrane with a layer of acrylic adhesive that ensures even adhesion of the dressing to the skin around the wound. The dressing is semi-permeable, thus ensuring moist wound healing.
